JBK’s CNC machining, fabrication and welding capabilities allow it to operate as a one-stop-shop for mission-critical precision machined aerospace and industrial parts. In addition to its proprietary capabilities, JBK maintains a network of quality certified suppliers of outsourced processes and castings.
JBK is a custom manufacturer of precision-engineered parts made to its customers’ prints. Its product line includes complex oil nozzles (jets), aircraft bent tube assemblies, slewing bearings, drive gear rings, cooling cores, engine manifolds, oil/water separators, fittings, brackets, pulleys, impellers, retainer rings, and much more.

Welding & Brazing
JBK welds all types of metals, including aerospace metals and most alloys, down to .020″. JBK has TIG, MIG, Resistance and Orbital welding with controlled atmosphere for welding titanium.
CNC Milling & Turning
JBK’s experience in working with all types of materials, combined with extensive machining capabilities, allows it to precision machine any complex part.
Metal Fabrication
JBK fabricates parts in any shape or size from all types of metals, including tube bending, metal spinning and die forming.
Reverse Engineering
JBK produces prototypes of parts that are required for mission-critical applications. JBK can provide reverse engineering services even if you do not have design documents.
CAD/CAM
JBK employs SolidWorks & AutoCAD for design along with BobCAD with 5 Axis capability and EdgeCAM for programming. We work with DXF, IGES, STEP & Parasolid file formats.

One of our specialties is diminishing supply base manufacturing. Whether you need engineering or print-to-product services, our experienced team can reverse engineer mission critical parts for virtually any replacement application.
