Our range of capabilities satisfies the needs of a diverse customer base.  No matter the application, we have the expertise and technologies to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.  Large volumes or small quantities, we can manufacture the precision machined parts and components you need.
Welding and Brazing –We weld all types of metals, including exotic metals.  Most alloys down to .020″.  JBK has TIG, MIG, and Orbital welding and has controlled atmosphere chamber for titanium welding.
CNC Precision Machining –JBK precision machining includes turning and milling operations.  All measuring and inspection equipment is calibrated and certified as required by our quality management system.
Milling and Turning – Our experience in working with all types of materials, combined with extensive machining capabilities, allow us to precision machine any complex part.
Metal Fabrication – We fabricate parts in any shape or size from all types of metals.
Reverse Engineering – JBK products prototypes of parts that are required for mission-critical applications.  We can provide reverse engineering services even if you do not have design documents.
CAD – JBK employs:  Solid Works, Inventor and Auto Cad for design and manufacturing support.  Our import capabilities include DXF, IGES, STEP and other formats.
